This place is really good and it is an awesome experience. Shaved ice and ice cream combo with some toppings, nothing compares. Staff is friendly and the taste of this cold treat is great.
My partner and I were really craving some shaved ice so we of course used yelp and this place came up first or second closest to us. We walked in to see there are very clear menus set up all over. They have milkshakes, mangonada, and milkshakes. You can order from their menu or create your own! He ordered a Chocolate Crunch Malt with a sizzle of chocolate syrup. She ordered a shaved ice with Blue Raspberry, Pjna Colada, Cherry, and condensed milk with pineapple coconut ice cream. Both were seriously delicious! They use thrifty's ice cream so you know the ice cream will be that same great flavor. Above all the staff was amazing. We instantly felt welcomed in a home environment. The woman serving us was so nice. She seemed like the owner. Definitely come check this gem out
Quick fast service the shave was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend going to the establishment as they have many combinations to accommodate the customers with their liking of shaved ice especially during these summer hot days.
I love shave iced. I normally only get it when I go to Houston though. It's something about the type of ice or the way the ice is shaved that it makes it so fluffy. Below Zero had the closest thing to shaved ice from Texas and Hawaii. I had vanilla ice cream with pineapple and coconut shaved ice. They have a lot of options here. The staff was friendly. Prices are a little high for shaved ice. I'll be back though.

Today was a hot day after running around half the day It was nice to stop by below zero and get a refreshing dessert, which was delicious. We had not been to this establishment in some time, seeming we live in Rowland Heights and the traffic can be horrible, but with that said we got our usual Chamoy and big stick. The girls made them perfectly. The customer service is always at its best. they have catering at good prices. We'll be visiting a lot more now that it's summertime.
The shaved ice was super good! Two young women working were both super sweet. I made a comment when we walked in the door about it smelling good- it just smelled clean and I really appreciate a place taking time to keep it sanitary even at 5pm. I got green tea ice cream with vanilla syrup topped with caramel. The large was $5.75 and it was a generous portion. My husband got the root beer float with vanilla syrup which was also super good. He got the XL and it cost $6.75. I drove 10 minutes home and it held up so well. Hardly melted. Will be back very soon. Heads up- no inside or outside seating.
